Cons Reviews – Very poor mangement….the Patna branch’s staff behavior is quite lethargic. Please improve your enquiry communication on phone because it is not possible to everyone to reach out your office for enquiry. And also please improve the way of communication, Staffs are not cooperative. They do not give proper details about courses, All staff not behave properly, not give detail information about course, schedule, about mains writing. All staff or receptionist showing their attitude. Not transparency…

Pro Reviews – Best coaching institute for civil service. cooperative staff. excellent pedagogy. Prelims and main test series are excellent which provide offline and online mode..Ksg institute has provided huge impetus to my preparation for upsc cse.. moreover it’s test series has been phenomenal for us.. Further foundation course of this institute has been miraculous as every single point is being touched upon.. Thanks KSG,For the first time in Bihar, coaching like Delhi is available that is Ksg patna .Answer writing and preparation of GS is done very well here.
