The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2023. Eligible candidates can apply online from 01 April 2023 to 01 May 2023. The SSC CGL recruitment offers various government job opportunities for candidates who qualify the eligibility criteria. Interested candidates can read the notification to get detailed information about the selection process, age limit, pay scale, syllabus, exam pattern, and other important details for the SSC CGL Recruitment Exam 2022.
The application fee for the SSC CGL Examination 2023 is Rs. 100/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates. However, SC/ST/PH candidates and all female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The correction fee for the application form is Rs. 200/- for the first time and Rs. 500/- for the second time. Candidates can pay the examination fee online through debit card, credit card, net banking or through offline mode by submitting the fee using an E Challan.
The age limit for the SSC CGL Examination 2023 is as follows:
- The minimum age limit for all posts is 18 years.
- The maximum age limit varies based on the post applied for.
- For most of the posts, the maximum age limit is 32 years.
- However, for some posts, the maximum age limit is 30 years, 27 years, or 25 years.
- Age relaxation is provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PwD, as per government rules.
It is important to note that the age limit will be calculated as on 01/01/2023. Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the age limit criteria for the post they are applying for before filling the application form.
